Art Expo

Two Italian-born artists working in Melbourne share the Art Expo: photography by Maurizio Cigognetti, who turns ordinary subjects into ambiguous encounters through light and framing, and ceramics by Federica Pelizzari, whose sculptural red-clay works explore the bond between material, landscape and viewer.

Maurizio Cigognetti

Maurizio Cigognetti is an Italian-born photographer and filmmaker working between Australia and Italy. Federica Pelizzari

Federica Pelizzari is an Italian-born, Melbourne-based ceramic artist exploring the relationship between clay, landscape and human experience.
