Maurizio Manzi is an ambassador of Italian gelato in Australia, with fifteen years mastering the craft in Italy before bringing it to Victoria. He founded Naturalis Gelato Italiano, the first catering business dedicated entirely to gourmet gelato, serving weddings, birthdays, corporate events and brand activations.
He has collaborated with international brands, served dozens of weddings across Victoria and earned multiple industry awards. Every batch of Naturalis Gelato is still made by hand, 100% natural and fresh to order.
